I had to return these becuase they were too big and the process couldnt have been easier! These shoes were of the high quality I have come to expect from Converse and with the customer service of Zappos, I will always buy shoes from here.
If you haven't been wearing these since you were a child, then you just don't know. I never get tired of them, they wear out and get as soft as moccasins. I keep my old pairs for grubbin' shoes. They might not give the best support, but I've walked miles in them and been fine
Great shoes, really bring me back to middle school. I got the black and white ones. I usually wear a size 8, but bought a 7.5 (womens) after reading the other reviews. They fit great! Love them, and Zappos service as usual
This was my first pair of Converse All Stars shoes and I am very pleased with the way they look. The only drawback I saw with this pair was during the first week or two of wearing them. I found that the toe box is a bit narrower than I was expecting and the inside of the shoes rubbed on my pinky toes pretty badly. I got blisters on both toes! I had to use patches of moleskin to prevent further chafing. I\'m not sure if it was the 2 weeks of wearing constantly or my loosening up the laces in the toe area, but they\'re more comfortable now and I don\'t get any chafing. My suggestion is to loosen the laces when you get them if you have a wide foot.
My daughter, who is 11, wanted these tennis shoes, but all the local stores only carried whole sizes when what she really needed was a half size. We ordered the shoes expecting a 2-3 day wait and especially since I ordered in the evening, but to our pleasant surprise they were at our house the next day. A Next-Day upgrade was applied and she was wearing her new shoes to school right away. She loves them and wears them almost every day.
