I was looking into the MBTs for some time now. Im so happy that I decided to buy it, its the greatest shoe ever. I work on my feet for long hours and i bought it for work, and it feels great. The only complaint is that a shoe runs big, I m a 9 1/2 always and that size was a way too big. I returned and ordered a 9 which is still very comfortable, maybe I should have gone with an 8 1/2.
It took just a minute or two to adjust to the unique design. I work 8+ hrs a day on my feet and never had aches in my feet, calves, knees or hips. I swear by this shoe. If a manufacturer figures how to translate this into a dress shoe...it is the next panacea...
The shoe itself, very sweet looking. You would think being so healthy and supportive it would look ugly. To my surprise I loved them the min I got them and I have to say: they are sooo comfortable! I can see and feel the difference in body. Do get them half a size bigger since they do run small.
I'm normally a size 7 US, I got them in 7.5 US. They fit perfect.
my experience with these shoes,can be worn as casual wear also..i only worn them for on day so far..this shoe won't cure your health problem,for 3 hours i felt like my problems has been cured.this shoes will help your posture,you'll stand up straighter,helps me get up the steps without straining,when i get out of chair i feel like i'm gliding across the room,it's worth the extra money...my shoulder is straighter,i'm not leaning over to walk,this is a true story..wouldn't you rather have the get and go instead of saying my knees ,legs won't make it.they feel heavy when you hold them,they feel great,i felt the toning in my legs,i took a nap with the shoes on..the shoes does just what manufacturer says,try them 2 hours a day,if you're not use to walking a lot....i'm gonna buy my roomate a pair in the future,to help with leg pain and less medication for pain...thank-u janie
